Art, Crap, or Crap Art?

Now and then I go on Photo Safaris to feed the creative monster inside me. Here's a photo I took a while ago on the waterfront.

Now, you could see this as a poorly built OSB board fence in a construction site (Bill likes the jungle-like diversity of construction sites), or it could be stunning art photography.

Any thoughts?
