People in this town take their Halloween seriously - and for some strange reason fireworks are part of the action(?!!). I just gave away my last candy. Favourite moments: kids who are so young they're not really sure what the deal is, stand there looking at you "are you going to give me candy TOO?", and don't yet understand why it's not ok to dress up as a unicorn every day.
Those unicorn kids are vessels for the gods.
Funny, I actually adressed her as "Hey , Unicorn!". I think kids are the only ones who can pull off the whole shaman transition between earthly planes/bodies thing. It was like she came up the stairs to my place and I accepted her identity "as is"...the perfect Haloween moment.
Wow, that must have been an awesome moment.
That's pure Halloween.
