In real estate, they call that "rustic charm".
I'm actually moving to new digs on the 16th - a house that's the former set of IFC's 'Cock'd Guns' with Milne to the end of June.
Then I spend the next 2 weeks demolishing, then rebuilding my old apartment for buddy landlord.
So I'm gonna do a before/demo/reno series of photos on the blog.
Wow! Fantastic Bill -- I'm looking forward to those pics. So will you be moving back into the apartment once it's reno'd, or will buddy landlord be seeking out the gentrified class?
Landlord always wants people willing to pay the high prices.
Parkdale's nice if you like whackos. And I do. Beats 'The Gap' set anyday.
