Woe is France

The somewhat disturbing image at right is from the cover of a French book of philosophy. It's a strange link between the recent Yves Klein topic and the Jean-Luc Goddard 1973 'Tout Va Bien' I watched today ('Everything's Fine' in english). The movie was good to get my head into the intellectual left view of French public protest on things like wages and job security.
